Course Enrolments, Fees & Refund Procedures
To enrol into our courses please complete and return via email or fax our Student Enrolment Form. All enrolments are considered tentative until payment has been received.
Full course fee (up to $1,500) must be paid within 48 hours of enrolment. Fees are guaranteed in the event of your course being cancelled by Map Training, you will be offered a place in the next available course.
If you choose to withdraw from the course less than 48 hours prior to course commencement or, if you fail to attend, arrive late or have insufficient ID (if applicable) no refund will be given. If we cannot contact you to confirm attendance or notify of changes, you will not be eligible for a refund. An Administration Fee of $25.00 will apply for all refunds. (Re-issue of a certificate is $40).
